From her earliest memories, growing up in Chicago, Linda Wagner knew she had a passion for makeup. Sitting on the counter of her mom's vanity, she could play for hours with the pretty colors. By the time she was 4, she had mastered the art of false eyelashes and never looked back!!  (just ask her mom!!)
